双黄连雾化剂治疗气道痰阻症106例临床观察报告

目前国内高效、速效、安全的中药气雾剂尚鲜见报道，为探索采用中药制剂超声雾化的可行性，进一步开拓中医中药治疗急症的新途径，我科创立了以双黄连粉为主要成份的中药气雾剂──双黄连气雾剂，用于治疗气道痰阻急症，通过对治疗组１０６例留观病人的临床观察，疗效颇佳。其中临床控制２０例，占１８．４％：显效３９例，占３６．８％，有效３８例，占３５．８％：无效９例，占８．５％，总有效率９１．５％。对照组观察１００例，总有效率为８１％。经统计学处理：两组总有效率的差别有显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．０５）。并经严密观察未发现任何毒副作用，预示了较好的发展前景。

Shuanghuanglian Aerosol Inhalation for Blockage of Air Passage by Sputum: A Study of 106 Cases

So far,the reports on instantly and highly effective and safe aerosol made from Chinese herbs are very few. A herbal aerosol(with Shuanghuanglian as its main ingredient)was used to treat the emergency cases with blockage of sputum in the air passage.Of the 106 cases treated 20 (18. 90%)were clinLheally controlled,39 (36.80%)markedly effective, 38 (35.80%)effective,and 9(8.50%)ineffective. The total effective rate was 91.50%,and that of control group(100cases) was 81.00%(P<0.05). Careful observation during treatment showed that no side nor toxic effects were elicited. This study opens up broad prospect for the Shuanghuanglian Aerosol.
