摘    要:[目的]建立黄芩药材的HPLC指纹图谱,为鉴定黄芩药材、规范化种植提供实验数据.[方法]采用梯度洗脱方法进行色谱分析,Agilent C18色谱柱(250×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-0.4%TFA水溶液进行梯度洗脱,检测波长280 nm.采用国家药典委员会开发的中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统研究版(2004A)进行评价.[结果]以黄芩苷峰为参照物峰,确定11个共有峰,确立了黄芩药材的HPLC指纹图谱.[结论]该法精密度高、重现性好,所测组分分离度良好,可为黄芩药材的指纹图谱评价提供依据

Abstract:【Objective】 To establish the chromatogram fingerprints of Scutellaria baicalensis by HPLC which could be used to determine the identity and standard planting of Scutellaria baicalensis.【Methods】 A gradient mobile system was applied in experiment.The HPLC separation was performed on an Agilent C18 analytical column gradient eluted with methanol-0.4%TFA.The UV detection wave length was at 280nm.The chromatogram fingerprint was evaluated by the similarity evaluation software published by committee of codex.【Results】 11 co-possessing peaks were selected as the fingerprint peaks of Scutellaria baicalensis,and the similarities between the chromatographic fingerprints and the herbal drugs were calculated by taking Scutellaria baicalensis peak as the referential peak.The HPLC chromatogram condition of Scutellaria baicalensis was established.【Conclusion】 This method shows high precision,good repeatability and all of the contents are separated well,so it can be used as the means to assess the quality of Scutellaria baicalensis.
