| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨儿童先天性外斜视的临床特点及手术时机。方法 :根据临床病例并结合历史文献总结出先天性外斜视的临床特点 ;分别对 8例先天性外斜视患者行常规手术 ,采用Titmus立体图和同视机在其手术前后分别进行检查 ,将手术前后双眼单视功能进行对比分析。结果 :术前无 1例具备一级同时视功能 ,无1例具备远近立体视 ;术后 2例出现一级同时视功能 ,无 1例具备远近立体视。结论 :先天性外斜视应争取早期手术 ,为双眼单视功能的建立提供条件。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the clinical characteristics and opportunity of operation for congenital exotropia.Methods: The clinical characteristics were summarized by retrospecting those cases.Eight children of congenital exotropia were operated in our pediatric ophthalmology.The grade of distance binocular single vision by synoptophore and near stereoacuity by Titmus stereogram were examined before and after surgical correction.Results: After surgical correction,the changes of obtaining stereopsis were better than preoperation.Conclusion: From the point of stereopsis,the surgical correction for congenital exotropia should be preformed early. |
