摘    要:目的探讨助流剂对热熔型道路标线涂料加工性能的影响。方法选择不同比例的助流剂加入到标线涂料中,充分混合均匀,加热使其熔融,测其流出时间和流动性,确定符合涂料要求的助流剂的含量。结果控制好助流剂的用量对涂料的加工性能影响较大。结论选择适宜含量的助流剂关乎热熔道路标线涂料的施工方便及其使用寿命。

Abstract:Objective: To discuss the influence of flow aid content on the performance of hot melt traffic markings.Methods: The different proportions of flow aid in the marking were selected and mixed properly,the road marking was heated and melted,the flow time and flow ability were measured and correct flow aid content was determined.Results: The correct flow aid content played a role in the performance of hot melt traffic markings.Conclusion: An appropriate flow aid content plays a role in easy operation and life of hot melt traffic markings.
