全脑CT 灌注扫描在脑胶质瘤中的应用进展

胶质瘤是成人最常见的原发性脑肿瘤，高级别胶质瘤恶性程度高，具有很强的侵袭性，因此对于肿瘤的精确诊断十分重要。传统的16层、64层C T灌注扫描范围局限，肿瘤较大时不能反映肿瘤的整体情况，这对于肿瘤的诊断与治疗有很大的限制。近年来，随着C T设备的不断发展，256层、320层C T的出现，使全脑灌注得以实现，这对于胶质瘤的诊断、鉴别诊断、术前定位、分级、疗效评价及预后评估具有重要意义。

The progress in the application of CT perfusion scanning in glioma

Glioma is the most common primary brain tumor in adults ,the high grade glioma with malignant degree is highly aggressive ,and so for accurate diagnosis of the tumor is very important .Traditional 16‐and 64‐layer CT perfusion scanning scope are limited .They cannot reflect the whole situation of the larger tumors and the diagnosis and treatment of tumor is very limited .In recent years ,with the continuous development of CT equipment ,256‐and 320‐layer CT ,makes whole brain perfusion ,which is of great significance for the diagnosis ,differential diagnosis of glioma ,preoperative locali‐zation ,classification ,evaluation of curative effect and prognosis assessment .
