| 摘 要： | 目的 分析肛瘘切除Ⅰ期缝合术治疗低位单纯性肛瘘的临床疗效.方法 对112例低位单纯性肛瘘采用肛瘘切除Ⅰ期缝合术治疗.结果 甲级愈合率为72.73%,乙级愈合率为19.09%,丙级愈合率为8.18%.无肛门括约肌功能不全、肛门失禁和肛门狭窄等并发症.结论 肛瘘切除Ⅰ期缝合术治疗低位单纯性肛瘘具有创面愈合时间短、甲级愈合率高、愈合后瘢痕少等优点,是治疗肛瘘的一种理想术式.

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of primary sutare in simple low anal fistula.Methods One hundred and twelve cases of simple low anal fistula all accepted the primary suture.Results The rate of grade A healing was 72.73%,the rate of grade B healing was 19.09%,and the rate of the grade C healing was 8.18%.There were no functional defect of anal sphincter,copracrasia,and anal stenosis.Conclusion The primary suture has the advantages of short heal time,high rate of grade A healing and less scar afte... |
