| 摘 要： | 本文报告髋关节后脱位合并股骨头骨折20例的治疗结果。经最短5年、最长10年的随访,20例中疗效满意14例,不满意6例。作者认为治疗效果的关键在于对骨折块的正确处理,同时还对治疗方法、手术入路的选择及并发症作了讨论。

| Abstract: | The surgical results of posterior dislocation of hip joint with fracture of caput femoris in 20 cases were reported.The follow-up period of 5 to 10 years,good results was in 14 cases and poor,in 6.The proper managments of fracture fragments were the key of successful treatment. The selections of treatment and operative route of ap-pioach,and complications were discussed. |
