64排螺旋CT血管造影对腹主动脉瘤的诊断

目的探讨64排螺旋CT血管造影在腹主动脉瘤中的诊断价值。方法回顾10例采用64排螺旋CT检出的腹主动瘤患者有关资料,利用AW4.3工作站进行VR、MPR、MIP重建,获得二维或三维图像。结果64排螺旋CT血管造影对瘤体、内部结构、血管壁钙化及附壁血栓可清晰显示,并可清楚了解其与周围组织器官的关系,10例患者中有2例真性腹主动脉瘤,3例假性动脉瘤,5例夹层动脉瘤,伴有附壁血栓7例,均有动脉壁钙化。结论64排螺旋CT血管造影能快速、无创、安全有效地对腹主动脉瘤检查,为临床治疗提供更多信息。

The 64 detector spiral CT angiography in the diagnosis of abdominal aortic aneurysm

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of 64 detector spiral CT angiography in the diagnosis of abdominal aortic aneurysm. Method Ten patients were studied with 64 detector spiral CT angiography. The time of delayed scan was 20-25s.The volume data was transferred to AW4.3 workstation for imaging post-processing including VR, MPR, MIP. Results The 64 detector CTA can reveal quickly and clearly the abdominal aortic aneurysm, the calcification of aortic wall and the mural thrombosis. The relationships between the lesions and surrounding structures were displayed completely and clearly using CTA with various reconstruction techniques, In the 10 cases, there ware 2 patients with true abdominal aneurysm , 3 patients with pseudoaneurysm , 5 patients with dissecting aneurysm, 7 patients with mural thrombosis, all of the 10 patients were with the calcification of aortic wall. Conclusion The 64 detector spiral CTA is a quick, non-invasive and safe method in the diagnosis of abdominal aortic aneurysm. It can supply valuable information for clinical therapy.
