补肾合剂对绝经后女性性激素及血脂代谢的影响

探讨中药补肾法对绝经妇女血脂及性激素的影响 ,选择自然停经者 6 0例 ,其中 30例用补肾法 ,另 30例用安慰剂法 ,疗程为 30天。治疗前后均检测雌二醇 (E2 ) ,孕酮 (P) ,睾酮 (T) ,总胆固醇 (TC) ,甘油三酯 (TG) ,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL C) ,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL C)。结果 ,中药组E2 水平较治疗前明显升高 ,P ,T水平无明显变化 ,TC ,TG及LDL C下降 ,HDL C升高 ,安慰剂组上述指标均无显著变化。补肾法能改善绝经妇女血脂代谢和提高其性激素水平 ,从而发挥对心血管的保护作用

Effect of Kidney-tonifying Mixture on Blood Lipids and Sex Hormone of Menopause Women

Objective:To explore the impact on blood lipids and sex hormone of menopause women treated with traditional therapy of tonifying the kidney.Methods:69 cases of normal menopause woman were selected,30 of which were treated with traditional therapy of tonifying the kidney,the others were treated with balm.The treatment lasted 30 days.Estradiol(E\-2),progesterone(P),testosterone(T),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL C) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL C) were determined in patients before and after treatment.Results:The first group estradiol(E\-2) levels were significantly higher than before,while there were no statistical significance in progesterone(P) levels and testosterone(T) levels.The levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG) and low density lipoprotein(LDL C) went down,and the levels of high density lipoprotein(HDL C) went up.The second group was no statistically significant with the levels above.Conclusion:The traditional therapy of tonifying the kidney might improve metabolism of blood lipids with menopause women,and enhanced the levels of their sex hormone,so as to protect cardiovascular.
