赖诺普利和卡托普利治疗原发性高血压的比较

目的观察新型转换酶抑制剂赖诺普利对原发性高血压的疗效和安全性：方法将80例患有原发性高血压的住院患随机分为两组，分别服用赖诺普利和卡托普利进行治疗；结果两种药物均能明显降压（P0.01），两疗效近似（P<0.05），赖诺普利不良反应发生率为20%（8/40），卡托普利不良反应发生率为25.5%(9/40)，两差异无显性，24h血压监测结果表明，赖诺普利的降压效果更为缓慢而持久；结论对于原发性高血压赖诺普利是一种有效、安全、易耐受的降压药。

Comparison between Lisinopril and Captopril in the Treatment of Primary Hypetension

Objective To observe the curative effect and safety of new type invertase inhibitor Lisinopril treating primary hypertension.Methods 80 patients with primary hypertension were divided into two groups.One group was treated with Lisinopril and the other,Captopil.Results Both medicines could cause an obvious fall of blood pressure (P< 0. 01). The curative effect of both medicines was similar(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reaction of Lisinopril was 20%(8/40)and Captopril,22.5%(9/40).There was no significant difference between two medicines.The monitoring results of blood pressure in 24 hours showed that the effect of lowering blood pressure with Lisinopril was slower and more permanant than that of Captopril.Conclusion Linsinopril is an effective and safe hypotensor in the treatment of primary hypertension.
