兔四氯化碳实验性肝硬化模型的建立

摘    要:目的应用四氯化碳造成兔肝硬化模型.方法雄性新西兰大白兔给予皮下注射四氯化碳,每周2次,12周后检测肝脏病理改变及肝组织羟脯氨酸含量.结果四氯化碳注射12周后,兔肝组织出现典型的假小叶,肝组织羟脯氨酸含量较正常组升高3.5倍.结论此方法成功地建立了一种兔肝硬化动物模型.

Abstract:Objective To develope a carbon tetrachloride-induced cirrhotic model in rabbit. Methods Male New Zealand white rabbit was subcutaneously injected with carbon tetrachloride twice weekly, and the liver pathology and hepatic hydroxyproline content were examined 12 weeks after the injection. Results 12 weeks after carbon tetrachloride administration, the rabbit liver developed typical pseudo-lobule, and the liver hydroxyproline content increased 3.5 times compared to normal control. Conclusion A successive method to induce rabbit liver cirrhosis was developed.
