| 摘 要： | 胸科手术的麻醉有其特殊性，单肺通气为胸科手术提供了良好的手术条件，但是单肺通气过程中产生的低氧血症，一直是困扰临床麻醉工作的重要问题。本文综述了胸科手术麻醉的一系列常见问题，如双腔支气管导管定位，胸科手术中困难气道处理，低氧血症的防治进展等。

| Abstract: | Currently, lung separation is used in a variety of thoracic surgical procedures, such as Iobectomy, pneumonectomy, bronchopulmonary lavage, esophagogastrectomy ect. Of note, hypoxemia usually occurs to anesthesiologists during one-lung ventilation. The article summarized position of DLT and effective maneuvers of hypoxemia during thoracic surgical procedure. |
