| 摘 要： | 硬膜外穿刺，置管时偶有误入蛛网膜下腔的情况，一般来说，只要麻醉医生按常规操作，可以尽量避免误入蛛网膜下腔，一旦误入，可及时发现而避免全脊髓麻醉的发生。误入蛛网膜下腔最主要的原因是什么？硬膜外穿刺误入蛛网膜下腔时，脑脊液快速涌出，应该立即拔针？头痛应该如何预防和处理？

| Abstract: | As a clinical anesthesiologist, you may puncture epidurally and put cathetering wrongly into subarachnoid space in a few cases. Generally speaking, if we work carefully, we can avoid the circumstances as far as possible, more over, we can find out them in time and preventing whole spinal anesthesia from occurring. What is the reasons of wrongly into subarachnoid space？ Facing the flowing fastly cerebrospinal fluid, should you withdrawal of needles immediately？ And how to prevent and treat the following headache？ |
