摘    要:目的:揭示肺冲击伤中过牵效应的含义和发生机制。方法:作用60只家兔和20只大鼠进行冲击波分段模拟实验。结果:在本实验条件下,模拟压缩段的压缩波不睦接造成明显的肺损伤,但模拟减压段的减压波根据减压幅度和减压时间的不同可对肺造成不同的肺损伤,模拟负段的负压波对肺具有一定的致伤能力。结论:肺冲击伤中的过牵效应可能包含两个效应,一是肺组织过度扩张,超出其强度极限而破裂,即发生过度扩张效应;二是肺扩张过快面

Abstract:Objective: To determine the definition of overtension causing blast lung injury and explore its mechanism. Methods: 60 rabbits and 20 rats were used to investigate the wounding effects of three segments (recompression, decompression and underpressure) of shock wave. Results: Under this experimental condition, recompression wave did not bring about obvious lung injury but damages of different degrees occurred. The greater the decompression range and the shorter the decompression duration were adopted, the heavier lung injury was caused. The underpressure, to some extent, could inflict the blast lung injury. Conclusion: The overtension effect maybe consists of two parts: overexpansion effect, letting the lungs overexpanded, leading to the destruction of the pulmonary tissue; over speed expansion effect, letting the lungs rapidly impact on the inside wall of the chest, causing lung injury.
