市售6种阿奇霉素制剂的人体生物等效性研究

目的:对市售6厂家(QLAZ、CAZ、HZAZ、BJAZ、SJZAZ、SHAZ)的阿奇霉素胶囊或片剂进行药动学参数比较及人体生物等效性研究。方法:健康男性志愿受试者采用单剂量口服QLAZ厂生产的阿奇霉素胶囊(参比制剂)与其余市售5厂家生产的阿奇霉素胶囊或片剂后,用微生物法测定血药浓度,并以3p97软件计算药动学参数。结果:QLAZ厂和其余5厂家(CAZ、HZAZ、BJAZ、SJZAZ、SHAZ)生产的阿奇霉素胶囊或片剂(受试制剂)主要药动学参数分别为:cmax(1.69±0.53)、(0.38±0.13)、(1.07±0.53)、(1.91±0.44)、(1.24±0.75)、(1.90±0.46)μg·mL-1,tmax(2.06±0.64)、(2.30±0.87)、(2.52±1.40)、(2.33±0.59)、(2.44±1.15)、(1.61±0.61)h,AUC0～144h(21.66±4.08)、(5.84±2.29)、(10.49±5.1)、(19.98±4.76)、(10.83±5.63)、(17.52±4.54)μg·h·mL-1;与参比制剂相比,各受试制剂相对生物利用度分别为(26.96±8.06)%、(48.43±16.25)%、(92.24±15.83)%、(50.00±16.90)%、(80.89±34.87)%。结论:不同生产厂家的相同产品其生物利用度有较大差异,使用时应慎重选择。

Bioequivalence Study of 6 Kinds of Azihromycin Preparations on Market
