| 摘 要： | 目的:对影响氟喹诺酮类药抗感染疗效的影响因素进行分析,为该类药临床合理应用提供参考。方法:对132例使用氟喹诺酮类药治疗的患者制定抗感染疗效影响因素调查量表,并根据临床病例提供的数据填写,对包括年龄、性别、肝肾功能等在内的11个因素进行多因素Logistic回归分析,找出影响抗感染疗效的要因。结果:在氟喹诺酮类药疗效的影响因素中,年龄、性别、肌酐、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天门冬酸氨基转移酶为影响该类药物抗菌效果的要因。结论:非老年患者、男性患者使用氟喹诺酮类药抗感染治疗效果更佳;肝肾功能异常患者使用时,应根据患者病情变化给予合适的剂量和给药间隔。
