腹部手术后短期肠内、外营养支持的比较

目的：比较腹部手术后病人予肠内营养（EN）和肠外营养（PN）支持的效果。方法：32例腹部手术后病人随机分配给予EN或PN，观察营养支持的效果和对代谢的影响。结果：PN组病人体重和白蛋白有显著下降，累积负氮平衡较大；EN组病人营养指标相对稳定。两组病人的代谢无显著差异。结论：腹部手术后病人行肠内营养的效果优于肠外营养。

Short-Term EN and PN in Abdominal Surgery

Objective: The Effect of EN and PN used in abdominal postoperative pat ients were evaluated. Methods: 32 patients after abdominal operation were given enteral nutrition (EN) or parenteral nutrition (PN) in this study. Nutritional s upport outcomes and the effect on metabolism are observed. Results: In group EN, the patients weight and albumin level decreased apparently while these are stab le in group EN. The negative nitrogen balance of PN was more serious in Group PN than in Group EN. No significant difference can be found in metabolism changes in both groups. Conclusion: EN used in postoperative patients gets the better result s than PN.
