青年股骨颈骨折手术治疗62例分析

目的探讨青年股骨颈骨折的手术治疗方法及影响临床效果的因素。方法对手术治疗的62例股骨颈骨折患者进行回顾性分析。根据股骨头血运情况采取不同的手术方法，其中股骨头血运良好组（42例）行闭合复位内固定术，血运不良组（20例）行切开复位内固定、肌骨瓣植入术。参照Harris功能评定标准对两组患者进行评定。结果血运良好组患者行闭合复位内固定术后优良率达90．5％，血运不良组行切开复位内固定、肌骨瓣植入术后优良率达85．0％。结论青年股骨颈骨折手术治疗效果与股骨头血运、手术治疗方法有关。应根据骨折具体情况具体分析，采用不同手术方法。当股骨头血运良好时，首选闭合复位内固定术，当股骨头血运不良时，宜选择切开复位、肌骨瓣植入术。早期手术是提高疗效的重要因素。
