前列腺癌中雄激素受体辅助因子54的表达及临床意义

目的探讨雄激素受体辅助因子(ARA)54在前列腺癌组织中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学链霉菌抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶法(S-P法)检测72例前列腺癌和20例前列腺增生组织中ARA54蛋白的表达。结果 ARA54蛋白在前列腺癌中的阳性表达率显著高于前列腺增生组织。ARA54蛋白的阳性表达与前列腺癌的临床分期呈正相关;与肿瘤分化程度无关。结论前列腺癌组织中存在ARA54蛋白的高表达,ARA54蛋白表达与前列腺癌的临床分期密切相关。

Clinical significance of ARA54 expression in prostate cancer

Objective To detect the expression of ARA54 in prostate cancer and to explore the relationship between the expression of ARA54 and the clinical pathological characteristics of prostate cancer.Methods Immunohisto chemical streptavidin perodidase(S-P) method was used to detect the expression of ARA54 in 72 prostate cancer tissues and 20 benign prostatic hyperplasia tissues.The relationship between ARA54 and the clinicalpathological parameters in prostate cancer was evaluated.Results The positive rate of the expression of ARA54 in prostate cancer was obviously higher than that of benign prostatic hyperplasia tissues(P<0.05).The expression ARA54 has a positive correlation with clinical stage of prostate cancer(P<0.05),and no correlation with tumor histological grade(P>0.05).Conclusion There is high expression of ARA54 in prostate cancer and its expression is closely related with the clinical stage of prostate cancer.
