微创经皮钢板内固定治疗下肢骨折52例

摘    要:目的:观察微创经皮钢板内固定治疗下肢骨折的临床疗效。方法:运用微创经皮钢板内固定技术治疗下肢骨折52例,术后早期功能锻炼。结果:52例下肢骨折临床愈合时间9~14周,平均12.3周。所有病例均获随访,时间18~24个月,平均21个月,无骨折延迟愈合及不愈合,无感染及内固定失败并发症。结论:微创经皮钢板内固定法符合生物学固定原则,有利于骨折愈合,是治疗下肢骨折的有效方法。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of minimally invasive percutaneous plate steosynthesis(MIPPO) in the treatment of fracture in lower extremity.Methods:52 cases of lower extremity fractures,were treated with MIPPO and early recovery movement.Results:All the fractures were healed with an average healing time of 12.3 weeks(9 ~ 14weeks)without delay union and nonunion,All the patients were followed up for 18 ~ 24 months after operation,average 21 months,no inflammation and internal fixation failure happened.Conclusions:Minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis is according with biological osteosynthesis,and with the adwantage of accelerating bone healing,is a safe and effective technique in the treatment of fracture in lower extremity.
