微创经皮钢板内固定治疗下肢骨折52例

目的：观察微创经皮钢板内固定治疗下肢骨折的临床疗效。方法：运用微创经皮钢板内固定技术治疗下肢骨折52例,术后早期功能锻炼。结果：52例下肢骨折临床愈合时间9～14周,平均12.3周。所有病例均获随访,时间18～24个月,平均21个月,无骨折延迟愈合及不愈合,无感染及内固定失败并发症。结论：微创经皮钢板内固定法符合生物学固定原则,有利于骨折愈合,是治疗下肢骨折的有效方法。

Clinical Study of Percutaneous Treatment of Lower Limb Bone Fracture

Objective：To investigate the clinical effects of minimally invasive percutaneous plate steosynthesis（MIPPO） in the treatment of fracture in lower extremity.Methods：52 cases of lower extremity fractures,were treated with MIPPO and early recovery movement.Results：All the fractures were healed with an average healing time of 12.3 weeks（9 ～ 14weeks）without delay union and nonunion,All the patients were followed up for 18 ～ 24 months after operation,average 21 months,no inflammation and internal fixation failure happened.Conclusions：Minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis is according with biological osteosynthesis,and with the adwantage of accelerating bone healing,is a safe and effective technique in the treatment of fracture in lower extremity.
