| 摘 要： | 本文报告手术证实的46例腰椎间盘突出症术前经正位、侧位的中立、过伸、过屈位脊髓造影符合率为87%,CTM的符合率为97.7%,而两者联合应用则诊断准确率可提高到100%.

| Abstract: | This is a report of. 46 cases of lumbar disc herniation treated with surgery. Pre-operatively, Myelogra-phy and computed tomography myelography (CTM) were made for the diagnosis. The postoperative findings were in agreement with 87% of that of myelography while 97. 7% with that of CTM. When myelography and CTM were used in combination,The figure was raised to 100%. |
