子宫内局部生物力学改变与胚胎兔颅缝早闭相关性的实验研究

摘    要:目的研究兔子宫内作用于胚胎颅骨局部生物力在兔颅缝闭合过程中的调控作用。方法通过对妊娠25d大白兔宫内胚胎,硬脑膜外的颅骨矢状缝用5—0可吸收线缝合,改变其矢状缝局部生物作用力,建立子宫内胚胎颅骨局部生物力学改变的模型。采用胚胎外科技术、组织化学技术,研究局部生物动力学改变后,颅缝组织中的骨钙素(Osteocalcin,OCN)及骨桥蛋白(Osteopontin,OPN)的分泌情况。结果在胚胎兔出生后9d,其被缝合的矢状缝组织中OCN及OPN的含量明显增加。与对照组之间有明显差异(p〈0.05)。结论宫内局部生物力学改变,促进兔单条颅缝组织中OCN及OPN的分泌。

Experimental Study Oil the Relationship between Embryo Rabbit Craniosynostosis and the Local Biomechanic Change in Uterus

Abstract:Objective To study the effect on local biomechanic changing in rabbit uterus to control cranial suture closeup. Methods The sagittal suture in the fetal rabbit (25 days of gestation) with 5-0 absorbed suture piercing the parietal bone plates. Local bio-mechanics will be altered and a model could be created representing fetus vault local biomechanic changing to evaluate the difference of the amount of Osteocalcin and Osteopontin of cranial suture tissue with embryo-surgical and histochemistry methods. Results Nine days after spontaneous delivery, the amout of OCN and OPN in the sagittal suture immobilized increased obviously. The difference between immobilized group and non-immobilized group was significant (p 〈0.05). Conclusion The change of local bio-mechanic in uterus could improve the excretion of OCN and OPN in singal cranical suture.
