| 摘 要： | 运用自设问卷的方法，通过对护理人员法律知识现状调查，了解到护理人员法律知识欠缺的现实，目的是引起护理界人士的重视，增强护理人员法律意识，迫在眉睫，建议采用多种形式加强护理人员的法律知识学习，并使之形成强烈的法律观念，来指导护理行为，保护患者和护理人员自身的合法权益。

| Abstract: | By means of question and answers,comprehension the state of nursing stuff lack of law knowlege through investigation of nursing stuff awake to law.The object is to induce nursing stuff to paiy more attention to law knowlege.Author suggested that we showld adopt more pattern to enhance nurse study law knowlege and make them built a powerful law concept to guide them nuresing practice and to protect nurese self law ful right. |
