摘    要:目的将AMSAA模型应用于医院大型医疗设备的故障间隔时间分析,以期提高对大型医疗设备发生故障的预见性,合理地实施预防性维修,确保设备的正常运转。方法收集武汉某大型综合性医院放射科3T核磁共振连续120天的故障记录,拟合AMSAA模型。结果该院3T核磁共振的平均故障间隔时间为MTBF=7.99天。结论通过AMSAA模型能有效地估计设备发生故障的平均间隔时间,为医疗设备的预防性维修提供科学的参考依据。

Abstract:Objectives The AMSAA model was applied to analyze the failure interval of the large-scale medical equipments,in order to enhance the predictability of the failure of medical equipments.These process undertake the preventative maintenance,and ensure the normal operation of the devices. Methods Collected the failure record of 3T MRI in the X-ray department of a large general hospital in WuHan for 120 days,used the paper to fit AMSAA model. Results The Mean Time Between Failures(MTBF) of 3T MRI in this hospital was 7.99 days. Conclusions This study could effectively estimate MTBF through AMSAA model,which provided scientific reference for preventive maintenance for medical machine.
