全程护理模式对冠心病合并糖尿病介入治疗患者生活质量及心血管不良事件的影响

目的探讨全程护理模式对冠心病合并糖尿病介入治疗（percutaneouscoronary intervention,PCI）患者生活质量及心血管不良事件的影响。方法将147例冠心病合并糖尿病PCI患者随机分为对照组（74例）和观察组（73例）,对照组行常规护理,观察组行入院到出院1年全程跟踪式护理干预。结果 1年后,观察组在遵医行为、生活质量及心血管不良事件的发生等方面明显优于对照组（P〈0.001和P〈0.01）。结论对冠心病合并糖尿病PCI患者进行全程护理干预,有利于提高患者生活质量,减少心血管不良事件的发生。

The Effect of Whole-course Nursing Service Model on the Life Quality and Cardiovascular Adverse Events of Patients Undergoing PCI with Coronary Heart Disease Complicated by Diabetes Mellitus

Objectives To investigate the effect of whole-course nursing service model on the life quality and cardiovascular adverse events of patients undergoing PCI with coronary heart disease complicated by diabetes mellitus. Methods 147 patients undergoing PCI with coronary heart disease complicated by diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into the control group（74 cases） and observation group（73 cases）.The patients in the control group received the conventional care,and the observation group received the whole-course nursing service for one year. Results After one-year follow-up,compared with the control group,patients in the observation group had better compliance behavior and life quality（P0.001）,lower incidence of cardiovascular adverse events（P0.01）. Conclusions The whole-course nursing service with the patients undergoing PCI with coronary heart disease complicated by diabetes mellitus could improve the patients＇ compliance behavior and life quality,and decrease the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events
