| 摘 要： | 目的了解老年人自理时间与预期寿命的关系。方法利用失能调整预期寿命推算老年人自理时间及其占预期寿命的比例。结果老年人失能调整预期寿命与失智调整预期寿命占预期寿命的比例均随寿命的增长呈现出下降的趋势,且失智所占的比例下降速度更快。结论失能与失智调整预期寿命的计算均支持疾病扩张理论,在寿命延长的背景下,应该更加关注老年人的生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objectives To understand the relationship between self-care time and life expectancy. Methods To calculate self-care time by disability-adjusted life expectancy（DALE） and its proportion in life expectancy. Results The proportions of disability-adjusted life expectancy and dementia-adjusted life expectancy in life expectancy showed downward trend with age growing,and the later declined faster by comparison. Conclusions The calculations of disability-adjusted life expectancy and dementia-adjusted life expectancy both support morbidity expansion theory,in the context of longer life,we should pay more attention to the quality of life of the elderly. |
