湖北省普通高校大学生健康素养调查分析

目的了解高校大学生的健康素养现状,为今后更好地开展健康教育工作提供指导依据。方法采用中国公民健康素养调查组设计的2008中国公民健康素养调查问卷,以湖北省普通高校在校1 665名大学生为调查对象,对有效问卷进行数据统计和综合分析。结果高校类别对健康素养水平的影响,不同高校之间在健康素养基本知识、健康生活方式和行为,以及健康素养基本技能水平的差异有统计学意义（χ2=19.91,P〈0.001）;社会性别对健康素养水平的影响,健康素养基本知识水平在不同性别之间的差异有统计学意义（χ2=87.71,P〈0.001）;健康生活方式和行为,以及健康素养基本技能及健康理论之间的差异有统计学意义（χ2=87.71,P〈0.001）;不同户口类型对健康素养水平的影响,在健康素养3方面的差异无统计学意义（χ2=0.01605,P=0.9999）。结论大学生健康素养水平不高,影响健康素养水平的因素很多,如性别、不同类别院校、不同户口类型等,在大学生中开展健康素养教育势在必行,对于提高中华民族整体健康水平具有十分重要意义。

The Investigation and Analysis of Health Literacy of Normal College Students in Hubei Province

Objectives To understand the present situation of college students＇ health literacy and providing instruction for carrying out health education in the future. Methods Using the questionnaire of Chinese citizens health literacy in 2008.1 665 college students in Hubei were selected for the investigation.The survey data was comprehensive analyzed. Results Of university category,the influence of health level between different universities in health literacy basic knowledge,healthy lifestyle and behavior and health literacy basic skill level difference was statistically significant（χ2 =19.91,P0.001）.The influence of social gender on health literacy levels,the disparity of health literacy basic knowledge in different levels between the sexes have significant statistically differences（χ2=87.71,P0.001）.A healthy lifestyle and behavior and health literacy basic skills and the difference between the theories of health were statistically significant（χ2=87.71,P0.001）.Different type of health literacy level registered permanent residence,the influence of three aspects in health literacy the difference was not statistically significant（χ2=0.016,P=0.99）. Conclusions The health literacy level of university students is low,the influence is healthy literacy level of many factors,such as gender,such as different types colleges,different account type,such as carrying out health literacy among college students to improve education imperative,the health level of the Chinese nation have very important significance
