| 摘 要： | 目的统计分析宫内节育器不良事件报告数据，为安全、有效地使用宫内节育器，减少不良事件发生提供参考。方法对山东省医疗器械不良事件报告数据库中182例宫内节育器不良事件进行分析。结果宫内节育器不良事件的发生是影响节育器继续使用的主要原因。结论积极开展宫内节育器不良事件监测，预防和减少宫内节育器不良事件的发生，提高宫内节育器的续用率。

| Abstract: | Objective To provide reference for ensure use safety of intrauterine device(IUD) , adverse event reports of IUD are collected and analyzed. Methods 182 cases of IUD adverse events in the database of Shandong Province have been analyzed. Results The adverse events of IUD are the main reason affecting its continuous use.Conclusion The monitoring on IUD adverse events should be strengthen to decrease development of adverse event, and raise the continuation rate of IUD. |
