| 摘 要： | 目的研究电话健康教育干预对2型糖尿病患者预后的影响。方法将2型糖尿病患者随机分为常规治疗对照组40例，电话健康教育干预组44例。干预组给予糖尿病电话健康教育3个月，3月后比较2组血糖、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1C）、病人满意率等差异无统计学意义。结果电话干预组空腹血糖（FBG）、餐后2h血糖（PBG）、HbA1c较对照组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），电话干预组病人满意率明显高于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论电话健康教育干预有助于改善血糖，并有助于提高患者对医护的满意率。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects of telephone health education on patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods Forty-four patients were randomly assigned to an intervention group and forty to a control group. The intervention was implemented for 3 months by telephone.
