| 摘 要： | 目的:通过对我院133例化脓性阑尾炎患者全程干预性协同治疗,观察阑尾切除术后感染的预防与处理效果,探讨降低切口感染率的策略。方法:对133例化脓性阑尾炎切除术采取吸引和放置引流物法,局部清洗和抗感染预防措施。结果:化脓性阑尾炎术后切口感染率降至2.25%,术后一期愈合率可以达到97.74%。结论:对阑尾炎术后切口进行有针对的干预性预防,有效降低感染率,是非常有效的方法。
