复方硝酸益康唑乳膏治疗鳞屑角化型手足癣的临床疗效

目的:探讨复方硝酸益康唑乳膏治疗鳞屑角化型手足癣的疗效。方法:47例患者,随机分为甲乙两组,甲组给予复方益康唑乳膏同时设自身对照给予硝酸咪康唑霜,乙组给予复方益康唑乳膏同时设自身对照给予复方益康哇乳正加角质剥脱剂封包治疗。结果:复方益康喷乳膏临床疗效高于硝酸咪康哇霜;采用封包治疗临床疗效显著提高,真菌清除率93.33％。结论:复方益康吐乳膏治疗鳞屑角化型手足癣疗效确切,采用封包和加用角质剥脱剂后,疗效显著提高,疗程明显缩短。

Clinical Study on Econazole Cream in Treatment of Hyperkeratotic Tinea Manuum and Tinea Pedis

Objective: To explore the curative effect and adverse reaction of econazole cream in the treatment of hyperkeratotic Tinea manuum and tinea pidis. Method:47 patients with tinea manuum and tinea pedis were randcmly divided into two groups, the treated group received the econazde cream and the controlled group was given miconazole cream. The curative effects and adverse reactions of two groups were compared. Results: The clinical total effective rate of the treated group was higher than that of the controlled group. The curative effect of the treated group was significantly raised after package therapy, the therapy course was obviously shortened, the curative effect was more significantly raised, the fungal clearace was 93.33% . Conclusion:The curative effect is definite with econazole cream in the treatment of the tinea manuum and tinea pedis, the effect is more raised after package therapy and the keratolytic are added.
