胸腺五肽在肿瘤化疗中的免疫调节作用

目的：观察国产胸腺五肽（TP－5）的疗效和不良反应。方法：在化疗的肿瘤患者中采用双盲随机对照和单盲随机对照临床研究。结果：化疗可导致自然杀伤（NK）细胞活性和白介素Ⅱ(IL-2)活性以及CD4^ /CD8^ 比值下降，而TP-5可明显改善化疗所致的NK细胞活性和IL－2活性以及CD4^ /CD8^ 比值下降。各组免疫综合疗效评价，双盲组中TP－5组有效率为14／15（93．33％），安慰剂组有效率为1／15（6．67％）。单盲组中TP－5组有效率为24／27（88．80％），阳性对照组有效率为4／25（16．00％），经统计学处理，TP－5组与安慰剂组及阳性对照组之间有极显著性差异（P＜0．01）。TP－5组42例患者中连续应用28天，除有14／42的局部疼痛，7／42的注射处局部硬结外未观察到其他不良反应。结论：TP－5在化疗中可使患者机体免疫功能下降的情况得到改善，可作为肿瘤化疗中有价值的免疫调节药物应用。

Immunomodulatory Effect of Thymopentin in Chemotherapeutic Cancer Patients

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and tolerance of domestic thymopentin(TP-5)in cancer patients taking chemotherapy.Methods: The double-blind single-bling control and randomized trials were conducted in 82 cancer patients taking chemotherapy. Results: The activity of interleukin-2(IL-2)and natural killer cell(NK)and the ratio of CD +_4/CD +_8 were decreased during chemotherapy course,but these changes showed significantly improved by using TP-5. Immunization response rate of TP-5 group patients was significantly higher than that of control group [The double-blind trial:TP-5 group:93.33%(14/15) vs control group 6.67%(1/15),( P <0.01);the single-blind trial:TP-5 group:88.8%(24/27)vs control group:16.0%(4/25),( P <0.01)].Conclusion:Immunologic function of cancer patients under chemotherapy could be improved by TP-5 therapy and it may be used as immunomodulatory agent during chemotherapy course.
