纳米锌粉对小鼠血常规和凝血指标的影响

摘    要:目的探讨纳米锌粉(Nano-Zinc,N-Zn)对小鼠血常规和凝血指标的影响。方法以5g/kg剂量N-Zn或微米锌粉(Micro-Zinc,M-Zn)一次经口对小鼠灌胃染毒,14d后处死,探讨N-Zn对血常规和凝血指标的影响。结果与对照组相比,N-Zn染毒小鼠血红细胞比积(HCT)和血红素(HGB)明显降低,红细胞分布宽度系数(RDW-CV)和血小板(PLT)数明显升高(P<0·05);N-Zn染毒小鼠血PLT和HCT明显高于M-Zn染毒组(P<0·05);M-Zn染毒小鼠血HCT比对照组明显降低(P<0·05),其余血常规检查指标与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0·05)。对照组、N-Zn和M-Zn染毒小鼠三组间血凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)和纤维蛋白原(FIB)差异无统计意义。结论大剂量N-Zn急性染毒可引起小鼠血HGB、HCT、RDW-CV和PLT的明显变化,其对HGB、RDW-CV和PLT的影响明显强于M-Zn,以上指标的变化可能与贫血有关;但N-Zn和M-Zn均对小鼠凝血指标无明显影响。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of nano-zinc powder(N-Zn)on blood cells and blood coagulation in mice.Method The mice were respectively given by one-time intragastric administration with N-Zn or micro-zinc powder(M-Zn)in the dose of 5g/kg .After 14 days,the mice were sacrificed and the blood were collected for routine blood examination and coagulation index analysis.Result The routine blood examination showed that in the N-Zn group mice,the HGB and HCT significantly were decreased,the PLT and RDW-CV were significantly increased compared with controls(P<0.05),while the PLT and HCT in mice of N-Zn group were higher than that of M-Zn group (P<0.05);additionally,there only HCT showed some decrease(P<0.05)compared with controls in mice of M-Zn group,no obvious change in other indices of routine blood examination.Conclusion The results showed that large dose of N-Zn could induce obvious change in HGB,HCT,RDW-CV and PLT of mice,the effects seemed mainly related to anemia and was stronger than that of M-Zn but there seemed to be no obvious effect on the index related to blood coagulation in mice both the N-Zn and M-Zn.
