  Patients with end-stage renal disease who require chronic dialysisare at high risk of developing malignancy. There are many reportedcases of the development of renal or urothelial cancer in suchpatients 1–8]. We report the first case, to our knowledge,of multifocal, invasive transitional cell carcinoma (TCC) andunilateral renal cell carcinoma (RCC) with acquired cystic disease,occurring simultaneously in a patient on haemodialysis treatedby complete urinary tract exenteration.
