| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨输尿管息肉的发病机制，总结诊治经验。方法 回顾分析16例患的临床资料。结果 14例手术治愈，1例术后3a复发。10例合并结石病理诊断炎性息肉，另6例病理诊断纤维上皮性息肉。结论 本病不易诊断，应加深其认识，逆行造影检查可提高诊断率。

| Abstract: | AIM Discuss the mechanism of ureter polyps. METHOD Analyse the clinic datum about 16 cases ureter polyps from Oct 1992 to Apr 2001 repeatly. RESULTS 14 cases can cure by operation,one case ureter polyps grow re-peatly after three years by operation.10 cases diagnose to be fibroepithlid polyp.The other 6 cases diagnose to be inflammatory polyp. CONCLUSION The ureter polyps is difficult to diagnosis.We ought to recognize its deeply.Retrograde pyelog-raphy examine can improve the diagnosis. |
