不同年龄、性别儿童感染肺炎支原体的差异分析

摘    要:目的探讨肺炎支原体(mycoplasma pneumonia,MP)感染在不同年龄、性别儿童中的差异情况。方法采用日本富士瑞必欧株式会社肺炎支原体抗体检测试剂(SERODI-A-MYCOII),对2005年1月~2009年12月在本院就诊的肺炎患儿进行血清MP抗体检测,对不同年龄及性别MP肺炎的发病情况进行统计。结果受检人数4254例,MP抗体阳性率为40.4%。不同的年龄段、不同性别的阳性率有明显区别。0~1岁婴儿期MP感染率为7.7%;1~3岁组幼儿MP感染率为40.7%;4~6岁学龄前期MP感染率为48.1%;7~14岁学龄期MP感染率为49.2%。0~1岁组MP阳性率明显低于其他年龄组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=209.5295,P0.01)。而且0~1岁婴儿期MP感染者血清抗体滴度明显低于1岁以上患儿。男、女性肺炎患儿阳性率分别为36.4%、49.8%,两者比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=65.9865,P0.01)。结论 MP感染率随着肺炎患儿的年龄增长而增高,而且女性肺炎患儿MP感染率明显高于男性患儿。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the difference of mycoplasma pneumonia infection in different age and gender children. Methods Children with pneumonia were detected by using MP antibody reagents provided by Fujirebio lnc from Jan. 2005 to Dec. 2009. And the incidences of mycoplasma pneumonia in different years, different seasons,different ages and sex were analyzed. Results A total of 4254 blood specimens were detected and the MP-positive rate was 40.4%. There were significant differences between the positive rate and different ages and gender. Positive rates of different ages:7.7% in group of less than 1 year of age,40.7% in group of 1 to 3 years,48,1% in group of 4 to 6 years and 49.2% in group of 7 to 14 years,respectively. The positive rate of group of less than 1 year of age was significantly lower than that of the other groups,with a significant difference (χ2= 209.5295, P〈0.01 ). The positive rate (49.8%) of MP antibody in female was higher than that (36.4%) in male, with a significant difference ( χ2= 65.9865, P〈0.01 ). Conclusion The incidence of MP gradually increases with an increase in age in children with pneumonia, higher in female than in male.
