摘    要:目的探讨MesenPRO RS Medium对人脂肪干细胞增殖与分化的影响。方法应用MesenPRO RS Medium与DMEM+10%FBS两种培养基培养人脂肪干细胞,比较两者在细胞形态、体外增殖能力、成纤维细胞集落形成(CFU—F)能力及多向分化潜能的差异。结果MesenPRO RS Medium培养的人脂肪干细胞具有良好的细胞形态,在增殖速度、细胞集落,以及成脂、成骨及成软骨能力等方面均优于DMEM+10%FBS。结论MesenPRO RS Medium是人脂肪干细胞优良的培养基。

Abstract:Objective To explore the suitability of MesenPRO RS Medium for human adipose-derived stem cells culture. Methods Human adipose-derived stem cells were cultured with two different mediums: (a) MesenPRO RS Medium, and (b) DMEM plus 10% FBS. Cell morphology, proliferation capacity, colony-forming ability, and muhipotential were assessed. Results Human adipose-derived stem cells cultured under MesenPRO RS Medium showed better cell morphology, higher proliferation rate, larger number of colonies, and stronger adipogenic, osteogenic, chondrogenic potential than those of DMEM plus 10% FBS. Conclusion MesenPRO RS Medium is suitable for human adipose-derived stem cells culture.
