胸腔内注射滑石粉悬液治疗食管癌术后乳糜胸

目的：探讨胸腔内注射滑石粉对食管癌术后乳糜胸的治疗价值。方法：回顾性分析1962年-2009年3562例食管癌术后45例乳糜胸患者胸腔内注射滑石粉的治疗效果。结果：乳糜胸的发生率为1.3%（45/3562）,25例（滑石粉悬液组）胸腔内注射滑石粉悬液后,22例治愈;17例（手术组）开胸行手术结扎胸导管＋胸腔内涂抹滑石粉治疗后16例治愈;死亡3例;滑石粉悬液组的治愈率为88%（22/25）,低于手术组的94.1%（16/17）,差异不显著（P〉0.05）。结论：用滑石粉混悬液胸腔内灌注治疗食管癌术后并发乳糜胸,疗效高、并发症轻,是一种简单、安全、有效的方法。

The treatment for postoperative chylothorax of esophageal cancer by intrathoracic injection of talc suspension

Objective：To explore the clinical value of the treatment for postoperative chylothorax of esophageal cancer by intrathoracic injection of talc suspension.Methods：A retrospective analysis was conducted in 45 cases of postoperative chylothorax out of 3562 patients suffered from esophageal cancer since 1962 to 2009.Results：The incidence rate of postoperative chylothorax was 1.3% （45/3562）.Among 45 cases of postoperative chylothorax,22 out of 25 patients,by intrathoracic injection of talc suspension（talc suspension group）,were cured,16 cases out of 17 by surgical treatment（surgery group）,were cured,3 cases dead.The recovery rate of 88%（22/25）in the talc suspension group was lower than that 94.1%（16/17）in surgery group,but there was no significant difference between them（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment by intrathoracic injection of talc suspension was simple,safe and effective for postoperative chylothorax of esophageal cancer,with good therapeutic effect and few complications.
