摘    要:目的:建立HPLC测定三七中人参皂苷Rg1和三七皂苷R1含量的方法。方法:色谱条件为:C18柱,流动相为乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液(21.5:78.5),UV检测波长为203nm。结果:此方法线性关系良好,平均加样回收率分别为人爹皂苷Rg199.54%和三七皂苷R1101.40%(n=6)。结论:本方法分离良好,结果准确可靠。

Abstract:Objective: To establish the determination method of Ginsenoside Kg1 and Notoginsenoside R1 in Notoginseng.Method: The HPLC method for determination of Notoginseng was.C18 column(250mm×4.6mm,5um),a mixture acetonitrile-0.05%phosphoric acid(21.5:78.5)as a mobile phase,detection wavelength 203nm.Results: This method showed a good linear relationship.The mean recovery was Ginsenoside Rg1 99.54% and Notoginsenoside R1 101.40%(n=6).Conclusion: This method showed a good separating degree and reliable.
