早期胃癌患者的心理特征与心理护理

目的为了解早期胃癌患者住院期间不同阶段的心理活动，探讨早期胃癌患者心理特征与心理护理。方法我们对50例早期胃癌患者发放问卷调查表进行评估。结果50例早期胃癌患者住院期间心理特征表现为紧张焦虑型、恐惧不安型、悲哀愤怒型、绝望无助型4型。结论根据患者不同心理特征进行心理护理有助消除各种消极因索，帮助患者克服恐癌和疑虑心理，树立战胜癌症的信心和勇气，保持最佳身心状态。

Psychologic characteristics in patients with gastric carcinoma and psychological care

Objective Probe into psychologic characteristics in patients suffered from early gastric carcinoma and psychological care for understanding menttal activity of patients with early gastric careinoma in different stage during hospitalization. Method Statistical assessment was performed in 50 cases of patients suffered with early gastric carcinoma diagnosed definitely. Results Psychologic characteristics of 50 cases hospitalized patients with early gastric carcinoma were showed in 4 types, they were nervous and auxiety, fear and unrest, mourning and angry, despair and helpless. Conclusion Based on difference of psychologic characteristics to provide mental nursing is beneficial to eliminate various negative factors and help patients to overcome hypochondrical psychology and to establish confidence and courage, to keep best psychosomatic condition.
