急性脑梗塞患者家属焦虑抑郁状态的相关因素分析

目的探讨住院急性脑梗塞患者家属出现焦虑抑郁状态的相关因素,并应用回归分析说明各因素的作用。方法应用自制的一般情况调查表、自评HAD量表等调查120名住院急性脑梗塞患者的家属,应用Logistic回归分析。结果被调查者中有68人同时出现焦虑、抑郁。焦虑抑郁症状的出现与患者家属的年龄、患者的住院次数、患者的家庭收入和患者家属对于脑梗塞的了解程度相关。结论患者家属的年龄越大、家庭收入越低,以及对疾病的了解越少,家属越容易出现焦虑抑郁症状,三者中以家庭收入的影响最大。

An analysis of anxiety and depression in the families of the inpatients with cerebral infarction

Objective To explore the related factors of the anxiety and depression in the families of the inpatients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods The 120 families of inpatients with acute cerebral infarction were investigated by HAD and self-designed questionnaire.Logistic regression was used to analyze the data.Results There were 68 families of the patients with acute cerebral infarction,who had depression and anxiety symptoms.The elder the family member was,the lower the income of the family was,and the less the family member knew about the disease,the more easily the family member got depression and anxiety,and among the three factors,the income of family was most related.Conclusion The existence of depression and anxiety was related to the age of the family member,hospitalization time of patients,family income and comprehension about schizophrenia.
