| 摘 要： | 由于股骨粗隆间粉碎性骨折非手术治疗存在着很高的病死率(住院病死率达10·5%)及髋内翻发生率(46%)1],自2002年1月-2005年1月应用动力髋螺钉(DHS)治疗老年股骨粗隆间粉碎骨折26例,均未行小粗隆骨折块固定,术后至少随访半年以上,取得良好的疗效。1临床资料本组26例中,男11例,女
