摘    要:目的 探讨表皮生长因子受体(Epidemal growth factor receptor,EGFR)蛋白的表达与胃癌临床病理特征的关系和意义。方法 应用免疫组织化学ABC法,对10例正常胃粘膜,76例胃癌及39例淋巴结转移癌进行EGFR蛋白表达的研究。结果 EGFR在正常胃粘膜中均为阴性,胃癌组织中阳性率为56.6%,进展期胃癌的阳性率明显高于早期胃癌(P<0.05)。EGFR表达阳性者多为分化较差的弥漫型胃癌,胃癌侵犯越深,其EGFR受体表达的阳性率越高。结论 EGFR的表达与胃癌的低分化性,高浸润性及淋巴结转移呈正相关;肿瘤组织中EGFR的表达可作为临床制定手术方式及预测病人预后的一个参考指标。

Abstract:Objective To study the relationship between the expression of epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) and clinic pathological features of gastric carcinoma. Methods Expression of EGFR in 10 cases normal gastric mucosa, 76 cases gastric carcinoma and 39 cases lymph node metastasis were investigated with immunohistochemistry. Results Expression of the EGFR were negative in normal gastric mucosa; Rate of the expression of EGFR in gastric carcinoma was 56.6%; The expression of EGFR in advanced gastric carcinoma was markedly higher than that in early gastric carcinoma ( P <0.05); EGFR expression showed a positive correlation with Lauren type and extrasorosal invasion. Rates of the expression of EGFR in lymph node metastasis and no lymph nod metastasis of the gastric carcinoma were 74.4% and 37.8%( P <0.05). Conclusions Expression of the EGFR showed positive correlation with differential degree , serosal infiltration and lymph node metastasis of gastric carcinoma; Expression of the EGFR might be useful in evaluation prognosis and treatment in gastric carcinoma.
