南海官兵驻岛礁前后内分泌激素的变化

目的通过南海官兵驻礁前后和下礁2月后内分泌激素变化的研究,分析对官兵身体的影响情况。方法选择2008-07～10月守礁官兵158名,年龄在19～40岁之间,经医院全面体检身体合格。对守礁官兵守礁前、守礁后、下礁2个月后进行促卵泡刺激素（follicule-sti mulating hormone,FSH）、促黄体生成素（luteinizing hormone,LH）、泌乳素（prolactin,PRL）、雌二醇（estradiol,E2）、孕酮（progesterone,PROG）、睾酮（testosterone,T）、促甲状腺激素（thyroid sti m-ulating hormone,TSH）、心钠素（atrial natriuretic peptide,ANP）、胃泌素（gastrin,GAS）、神经降压素（neurotensin,NT）、肾上腺髓质激素（adrenal medullary hormone,ADM）测定。结果驻岛官兵守礁后与守礁前相比,FSH、LH、GAS显著降低（P〈0.01或P〈0.05）,T、ANP、NT、ADM显著升高（P〈0.01或P〈0.05）,E2、PROG、PRL、TSH有所降低但无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。下礁2个月后与守礁前相比11种内分泌激素差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论驻岛礁官兵部分内分泌激素发生显著改变,对驻岛官兵的身体、心理健康有较大影响,但下礁2月后激素水平恢复正常,不会造成长久的激素紊乱。

Changes of Endocrine Hormone of Soldiers after Residence at Reef Island of South China Sea

Objective To study the endocrine hormone levels of the soldiers before residence at reef island and two months after leaving reef island of South China Sea,and to analyse the effect of the residence on soldiers＇ health.Methods One hundred and fifty-eight healthy soldiers stationed in the reef island between July to October 2008,with ages between 19 and 40 were studied.The hormone including follicule-stimulating hormone （FSH）,luteinizing hormone （LH）,prolactin （PRL）,estradiol （E2）,progesterone （PROG）,testosterone （T）,thyroid stimulating hormone （TSH）,atrial natriuretic peptide （ANP）,gastrin （GAS）,neurotensin （NT） and adrenal medullary hormone （ADM） were tested for the soldiers before residence,after residence and two months after leaving the reef island.Results After residence at reef island,FSH,LH and GAS decreased significantly （P0.01,P0.05）,T,ANP,NT and ADM rose significantly （P0.01,P0.05）,E2,PROG,PRL and TSH decreased but not significantly.Two months after quitting residence at reef island,the endocrine hormone levels were not significantly different from those before residence.Conclusion After residence at reef island,the endocrine hormone changs significantly and has great effect on the physical and psychological status of the solders.But the endocrine hormone levels return normal two months after leaving the reef island.
