温针灸治疗急性期周围性面瘫的临床疗效观察

目的：观察不同方法治疗急性期周围性面瘫的临床疗效，探讨急性期周围性面瘫患者是否应该给予针灸治疗。方法：47例患者随机分为温针灸组（17例）、先药后针组（15例）、针药结合组（15例），采用House—Brack—mann分级量表和面部残疾指数（FDI）调查问卷。3组患者分别给予温针灸、先药物后温针灸、药物与温针灸结合的方法治疗，每日1次，6次1个疗程，4个疗程后统计疗效。结果：①3种方法对急性期周围性面瘫均有治疗效果，有效率均为100％；②温针灸组与针药结合组的痊愈率和愈显率均优于先药后针组（P〈0．01）；③温针灸组与针药结合组的痊愈率和愈显率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：对于急性期周围性面瘫的治疗针灸应及早参与。

Therapeutic Effect of Warming Needle Moxibustion on Peripheral Facial Paralysis at Acute Period

Objective ： To observe the therapeutic effect of warming needle moxibustion on acute peripheral fa- cial paralysis. To investigate whether the patients of acute peripheral facial paralysis should be given acupunc- ture and moxibustion treatment. Methods ： Select 47 patients, who were divided into warming needle moxibustion treatment group （ 17 cases）, warming needle moxibustion after drug treatment group （ 15 cases） , warming nee- dle treatment with drug treatment group （15 cases）. Use House -Brack -mann rating scale and facial disabili- ty index （FDI） questionnaire. Patients in three groups were given warming needle moxibustion treatment, war- ming needle moxibustion after drugs treatment, warming needle moxibustion with drug treatment, respectively, once a day, a course for six times, statistics were collected after four courses of treatment. Results： Three meth- ods on peripheral facial paralysis were effective, and the effective rate was 100% ; the curative rates of warming needle moxibustion treatment group and warming needle treatment with drug treatment group were higher than that in warming needle moxibustion treatment after drug treatment group （P 〈 0.01 ）. There was no significant difference in the curative rate of warming needle moxibustion treatment group and warming needle treatment with drug treatment group（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion：We should use acupuncture treatment on acute peripheral facial paralysis early.
