未婚人工流产青少年生殖健康知识、态度、行为的调查分析

目的了解未婚人工流产青少年的生殖健康知识、态度、行为现状及存在的需求,为开展青少年生殖健康干预提供科学依据。方法 2012年1—9月对金湖县268名未婚人工流产青少年进行进行生殖健康知识、态度、行为及生殖健康需求的自填式问卷调查。结果调查对象对口服避孕药的不良反应（8.6%）和紧急避孕方式（28.4%）的知晓率较低。32.5%的调查对象接受婚前性行为,82.5%的调查对象认为流产对女性身心影响大、79.5%的调查对象认为流产对以后妊娠有影响,4.5%的调查对象接受多性伴。52.6%的调查对象第一次性行为采取避孕措施,以往性行为的避孕方式主要是安全套（72.1%）、安全期避孕（44.4%）和体外射精（36.9%）。51.2%的调查对象在最近一次性行为中使用了安全套。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄（OR=1.678）、文化程度（OR=1.353）、生殖健康知识知晓情况（OR=2.027）和有无接受过生殖健康教育（OR=1.814）是安全性行为的影响因素（P〈0.05）。结论未婚人工流产青少年的生殖健康知识较低,对生殖健康知识普遍有需求,需要采取系统的、科学的生殖健康教育。

Survey on reproductive health related knowledge,attitudes and behaviors in unmarried female youths with abortion

Objective To explore current status of reproductive health related knowledge, attitudes, behaviors and the demand among unmarried female youths with abortion, and provide evidence for prevention of reproductive health. Methods Totally 268 unmarried female youths with abortion from January to September in 2012 were chosen and in- vestigated with a self-filling questionnaire for knowledge, attitudes, behaviors and the demand of the reproductive health in Jinhu City. Results The knowledge of the side effects of oral contraceptives was 8. 6% and the emergency contraception knowledge was 28.4%. 32. 5% respondents accepted premarital sex, 82.5% thought abortion had a big influence on women＇s physical and mental, 79. 5% respondents thought abortion affect pregnancy, 4. 5% respondents accepted multiple sexual partners. 52. 6% respondents used contraceptives during their first sexual encounter, in the past sex of contraception, the main contraception was condom （72. 1% ） , safe period contraception （44.4%） and coitus interruptus （36. 9% ） respectively. 51.2% respondents use condom in recent sex. Results of multivariate logistic regression analysis indicated that＇the influential factors for safe sex including age （ OR = 1. 678 ）, education level （ OR = 1. 353 ）, reproductive health knowledge level （ OR = 2. 027 ）, presence of reproductive health education （ OR = 1.814 ） （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The cognitive level of reproductive health knowledge among unmarried female youths with abortion was relatively low and had a reproductive health knowledge demands. It should be taken systematic and comprehensive reproductive health education.
