| 摘 要： | 目的观察舒血宁注射液治疗缺血性脑血管病的疗效。方法选择缺血性脑血管病患者108例,随机分为常规治疗组(对照组)和舒血宁治疗组(治疗组)。疗程15d,治疗前后均观察患者症状及检测血黏度。结果2组患者用药15d后,症状及实验室指标均有所改善,血黏度指标(全血高切、低切黏度、纤维原蛋白含量)下降,2组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论舒血宁注射液治疗缺血性脑血管病有明显优势。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shuxuening injection for ischemic cerebral vascular disease.Methods Total 108 patients were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group of 54 cases,control group of 54 cases,treatment group was treated with Shuxuening injection on the basis of routine western medicine treatment,and control group was treated by routine western medicine treatment.All patients were treated for 15 days and the curative effect was evaluated.Results The effect of treatment group was better than control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Shuxuening injection can effectively prevent the development of ICVD. |
