| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨替硝唑氢氧化钙糊剂联合牙胶尖充填根管的临床疗效.方法:460例共500个牙,按就诊顺序的单双号随机分成2组.实验组:230例257个牙,根管预备后,以3%双氧水和替硝唑溶液反复冲洗根管,并用替硝唑棉捻消毒根管,将替硝唑氢氧化钙糊剂捣入根管内,置牙胶尖按侧方加压法完成根管充填.对照组:230例243个牙,根管预备后,以3%双氧水和生理盐水冲洗根管,FC棉捻消毒根管,用根管糊剂和牙胶尖按侧方加压法完成根管充填,全部病例经2年以上追踪观察.结果:实验组的临床疗效(96.11%)明显优于对照组(65.02%),两者有统计学差异(P＜0.01).结论:替硝唑氢氧化钙糊剂联合牙胶尖用于根管充填,是一种有效的治疗根尖周病的方法.

| Abstract: | Objective:To study clinical therapeutic effects of root cana1 filled by timdazole and Ca(OH)_2 paste.Method: 500 case of root canal were treated by randomby divided into two groups. 257 case sterilization of root canal using timdazole catton swabs and filling with paste mixed by timdazole and Ca(OH)_2 paste.243 case were treated with FC cotton swabs and dental root canal filler as controls. Follow-up, observation was performed for two years.Result: The therapeutic effects (96.11% ) of observation group were superior to that (65.02%) of control group.Conclusion: Timdazole can be used for sterilization of root canal. The mixfure of filling Ca(OH)_2 paste with timdazole has good effect in the treatment of periapical periodontitis. |
