经脐单孔与三孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术的手术护理比较

目的比较经脐单孔与三孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术的手术护理。方法将102例腹腔镜胆囊切除术手术患者随机分为两组，经脐单孔35例，三孔腹腔镜胆囊切除手术67例，对两组手术护理进行比较。结果单孔组的手术时间较三孔组明显延长（58．2±22．7）min VS（41．6±13．9）min P〈0．001]，疼痛指数以及切口满意率，单孔组明显优于三孔组（2．6±0．6）vg（3．1±0．4），P〈0．05；100％vs92．5％]、术后肠蠕动恢复时间、下床时间、平均住院日方面两组间无统计学差异（均P〉0．05）。结论经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术具有术后疼痛轻、创伤小康复快的优点。

The nursing comparison between single-port laparocholecystectomy via umbilicus and triple-port laparocholecystec- tomy.

Objective To compared the nursing outcome of the single-port laparocholecystectomy via umbilicus （SPLC） and triple-port laparocholecystectomy （TPLC）. Methods 102 patients were divided into SPLC group （35 cases） and TPLC group （67 cases） according to the surgery method. The nursing results were compared between the two groups. Results Com- pared to the TPLC groups, the operative time in SPLC group was statistically longer （58.2 ± 22.7 ） rain vs （41.6 ~ 13.9） rain P 〈0. 001 ]. However, pain score and scar satisfying ratio, the result in SPLC group were superior to TPLC group （2. 6 ±0. 6）vs （3.1 ± 0. 4）, P 〈 0. 05; 100% vs 92. 5 % ] and there was no statistical significance between the two groups in bowel activity resto- ration, time of off bed , average inpatient day. Conclusion The SPLC was superior due to less pain, minor invasive and better restoration.
