以音乐为背景的语言诱导对心理压力的影响

目的　探讨以音乐为背景的语言诱导治疗的操作方法和治疗效果。方法　随机抽取 310名学生为实验组、10 0名学生为对照组 ,采用单盲法 ,以音乐为背景、用语言诱导进行集体心理治疗 ,治疗前、后用心理压力问卷评价治疗效果。结果　音乐语言诱导治疗对心理压力承受度影响 ,前后对照差异有显著性意义 (t =5 4 7,P <0 0 5 ) ;音乐语言诱导治疗与单纯音乐治疗对心理压力影响比较 ,差异有显著性意义 (t =1 99,P <0 0 5 ) ;音乐语言诱导治疗前、后学生的心理压力承受度间差异有显著性意义 (χ2 =12 5 4 6 ,P <0 0 5 )。结论　以音乐为背景的语言诱导治疗对心理压力承受度的影响高于单纯音乐治疗 ,这是一种新的、综合的、有效的心理治疗方法

Effect of the Therapy of Language Introducing Based on Background Music on Psychological Stress

Objective To explore and study the operative method and curative effect of the therapy defined as language introducing based on background music.Methods 310 students as a experimental group were sampled randomly.100 students were as control group. The single blind method was adopted in experiment. Music as background and language as introducing are used in the group psychological therapy. Psychological stress questionnaire was used to estimate the curative effect.Results The therapy of language introducing based on background music is effective and there is a statistical significance before and after it (t=5.47,P<0.05).There is a statistical significance between the music therapy and the therapy of language introducing based on background music (t=1.99,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of language introducing based on background music on psychological stress is better than that of music therapy. It is a new,effective,and integrative method of psychotherapy.
